My real estate journey began in Abbotsford back in 1984, when I had the incredible opportunity to join the company my father started. I was drawn to the business for two reasons: the chance to work alongside my dad, and the profound satisfaction of helping a family get the keys to their very first home. That focus on relationships and community has been my foundation ever since.

A lifelong desire to learn drove me to earn my broker's license and eventually step into a management role. I discovered a new passion: helping other realtors succeed. My goal was to build the best, most cutting-edge support system an agent could ask for. But as we brought new realtors into the brokerage, I noticed a frustrating pattern. Despite having access to all our tools and support, many of them struggled. I saw bright, talented people burn out, lose their confidence, and forget the very purpose that brought them into the industry.

The answer came from my own journey of personal growth. I realized the problem wasn't a lack of support, but a lack of self-alignment. Success isn't about following a universal script; it's about functioning in your unique strengths. That realization solidified my mission: to stop forcing people into a mold and instead give them a framework to succeed as themselves. This conviction is the foundation of my coaching practice and the reason I am so passionate about helping Realtors build a career on their own terms, with confidence and integrity.
